A Vision for Electricity
Introduction
I have spent a lot of time over the last few years studying and thinking about electricity. Some of this thinking has led to patents, which are now owned by RLtec. Unfortunately, RLtec has not pursued the concepts as I would wish, and I am no longer associated with them.
I aim here to share my vision, in the hope that this will influence industry policy-makers and other researchers and leaders, and provide a reference source of papers and less formal thoughts to anybody interested.
A high level view of this vision is presented in a short conference talk to the British German Envionment Forum.
Although I call it my vision, it is, of course, built on the work of many others, some of heroes of mine, so I will be annotating references to them.
